FAQs
Do you sign my forms as the preparer?
No. If you filled out the forms yourself and we only review and give feedback, we do not sign as the preparer. If you want us to prepare and file your forms, that is a different service.
Do you appear as my attorney with USCIS?
Not with SmartStart. This is a review-only service. If you need full representation, we can discuss upgrading and filing a G-28.
How long does the review take?
Most reviews are completed within a few business days. If you have a deadline, please tell us before booking.
How do I pay?
We use a secure online checkout. The price is 100 dollars per form and is calculated based on the number of forms you submit for review.
